What Anthropic's S-1 says, and what it leaves out
The filing puts aggregate capital raised at $141.1B as of June 30. The rounds on file since 2025 do not add up to that, and the gap is the point.
Anthropic's public S-1, filed October 26 for a Nasdaq listing under ANT, states about $141.1B in aggregate capital raised. The company's own announcements since March 2025 cover Series E through H, plus strategic commitments from Amazon, Google, Microsoft and NVIDIA that overlap with those rounds.
The Series H release is explicit that its $65B includes $15B of previously committed hyperscaler money, $5B of it from Amazon. Anyone summing the announcements will double count. The filing is the only place the total is stated, so that is the number we show.
The amended S-1 of November 2 reportedly shows about $17B of revenue in the third quarter. We have not opened that amendment yet, so the figure is attributed to Fortune's reading of it.
